Communication

Our body language plays a big role when it comes to communication. Also tone and pitch makes an impact on communication. For me it's easy to tell someones mood by looking at there body language and listening to there pitch/tone.

We have been doing some team building activities and one of the things I've found out is that it's best not to be aggressive, because thats when you start showing signs from the way you speak with frustration and anger. So it's best to be calm and let every give opinions and encourage each other. I noticed your own body language shows your feelings and meanings to others.Other people's body language displays their feelings and meanings to you. Myths show that 55% refers to the importance of body language. 

 

So this could help me with communicating around the community.
